A Flood of Thanks!

A huge thank you and well done is due to all the other acts/ bands and organisers of the Floods of Sound flood relief fundraising gig.  We managed to raise a whopping £2000 by generally having a great time and getting a wee bit tipsy.  Special nod of appreciation to the mighty Dave Sykes for his superhuman efforts.

This from the Bull on the Bridge:

"Wow what a weekend FLOODS OF SOUND has been!

A BIG thank you to all who have helped organise this event we wouldn't of been able to do it without everyone's help, it was defiantly amazing and all the bands were on point! Thank you to all those who also came to support us we was rammed to the rafters both days!
Lots of people also generously gave monies to the flood fund and we can now reveal that we managed to raise £1,936.15! However we then had one brilliant guy at the end throw in the £64!!
Which gives us a grand total of ...

As we were so busy last night and we wanted to keep raising as much as possible, so we are drawing the raffle today and all winners will be notified and will be able to pick up there prizes from Sowerby Taps 😊
Once again a BIG THANK YOU ALL 😊"

And here's the obligatory shot of me being my usual super professional self:
